Hi there!! I guess this is my first real entry in here. Gonna get down to the nitty gritty problems and yeah! If you dont want to hear my back story, just start reading after the avocado!
I've always been overweight, i was 184 at 21, my heaviest at the time. In 2011, i started dieting and exercising, and it ended up with me getting an eating disorder. I recovered in 2013 and have yet (still thankfully because I honestly think ill never be past it completely) to relapse, so! ☺☺☺ I got healthy again and slowly from 2013 until november 2017, i gained weight until I got to 225lbs.
From there I decided to change and eat better and exercise and from november to march, i lost around 25lbs, but I stopped over and over and I fell off the wagon completely,and here I am, back around 215 and feeling horrible.
Alright!! I'm so ready to do this. I've been wearing my fitbit damn near all the time lately becausw its gets me in the mood to want to be healthy since it tracks so much, and since the app is so great and easy to use!! So I'm starting small with that, just wearing my fitbit and slowly starting to bring yoga into my routine. I need something to help stretch my body out, and yoga is the only thing I can think of that'll really super help.
Anyways, heres some before pictures. I think I weigh 215 right now? I was 212 where I last recorded my weight so I'm not worried
