Can I be both?

Can i be both the determined woman who doesn't hit the snooze button at 5:35 AM and goes to her workout group in the morning, and also be the person who takes a bath with wine and then blows her diet at 10 PM?
Well, the answer is a resounding yes. Just happened.
But it makes me feel a bit confused. I'm used to being all or nothing. One way or the other. On point with fitness, having a goal, training for something, being 100% sober for over a year, going to Weight Watchers meetings or...binge eating, going out with friends, netflix-watching, staying up late, and not giving a F%&*, a more relaxed vibe.
And so, I'm left wondering for about the millionth time in my life...where is the middle ground? I'm searching for it, but it is so elusive and nebulous - a tightrope walk I cannot find. So i just hop back and forth across it.
I don't know any other way to be. Time to see if I can figure it out.
