Again again again

It’s Tuesday and my third day of eating well. I’ve been focusing on getting as many greens in as possible and eating a mostly pescatarian diet.
This year has been about self care. I’m finding clothes that fit well, taking time to do my hair and make-up, walking and learning new things. I’m decluttering my house and my mind and now my body.
It’s hard for me to prioritize myself so I’m being very particular about it. I have severe diastasis recti after many pregnancies.. it’s more than a 4-finger width gap between my abs and it threw me, as I have no idea what exercises are good for me now. It also affects what I wear and how I feel about myself because I’m terrified people are going to ask if I’m pregnant.
Anyway, day 3 of eating well and it’s winter. I am curving my craving for bread by having some potato. Tonight I’ll be having a nice chickpea curry with spinach :)
