Things are going good

I am feeling better about my health more than I have in a long time now. My clothes are fitting better. The mirror is pleasing. I can see and feel benefits of keeping to my program. I like the eating plan that I am currently using. I get hungry sometimes, but I have been able to stick to it reasonably well. Exercise is going well too. I have spaced out my strength training to allow for a rest in between sessions, and it has made a big difference. The only thing that I feel that I need to improve on is my water consumption. I struggle to get in enough H20 daily.
So things are going good. And that makes me happy.
