Today was day 2, and it felt soooo much harder than day 1. I remember feeling this way though when I first did the C25K training way back in college 20 years ago now (I don’t feel old enough for that to be true). I remember day 1 would feel good, day 2 would feel terrible and I would question why I ever started it, and day 3 would feel amazing and thus propel me into the next week. My kids are doing it with me. I take one out each night after bedtime. It’s our one-on-one time. Hope I’m building lasting sweet memories for them as well as a good fitness foundation.
