First Update in a Week!

Wednesday, May 22, 2019

I got really sick last week. I couldn’t move, I couldn’t eat, I could barely breathe.

I lost every streak I had going! I’m not going to let it get me down though. I’m going to start every streak over again. As of right now, I’m going back and starting a 1 mile a day walk, chicken and veggies for dinner, and 98% of what I drink will be water lifestyle.

Good thing about my weight over this last week, it didn’t go up or down. The bad thing, is I’m starving now! I just want to eat everything!! I don’t know what to do to curb my cravings right now. I’ve been drinking water, but they keep coming back with a vengeance!

Goal Update:
1. Walk 5,000 steps a day.
[Up until I got sick, I was keeping up pretty well!]
2. Drink NO MORE than one soda a day.
[Most days, I rock this! I cave when I’m driving a lot, but I don’t drive a lot anymore.]
3. Spring clean the kitchen.
[That’s happening today or tomorrow!!]
4. Go through all the boxes from my ex.
[I’ve been avoiding this like the plague!]
5. No chips.
[This is going pretty well.]
6. Draw one new cartoon every week.
[Also going pretty well! I might start posting them.]
7. Read one book every week.
[I’ve got this! I love to read, so woohoo!!]
8. Meditate.
[Yeah, still can’t meditate.]
9. Learn a new language.
[I’m currently relearning French, and Irish. That way maybe I’ll understand what my mother is saying!]
10. Try a new recipe once every month.
[I’ve got this on lock. I tried a new recipe the day I posted these goals!]

I’m headed out for my walk!!

-Love and Light y’all!
