2. Did you meet your weekly self goal last week? No

3. What is something you did well this week? Very little, but did get tons of walking in

4. What is something you need to work on? Refocusing on plans to help me reach my truly wanted goals

5. Make a weekly self goal for this next week (can be nutritional, physical, or something else BLC or health related) STOP. Re-look at goals and be honest with myself. Get my back to normal status.
