Down a pound or two

Blogging and tracking are doing the job. Intermittent fasting is helping me stay within my calorie goals. Snacking almost non-existent. I got hungry last night and had a spoon of crunchy peanut butter and a cup of milk. If I hadn't stayed up so late!! Anyway, the scale is finally moving down. I do really well when I'm at home and do my logging. I need to keep it going when I get back to work in two weeks.
