Since joining Sparkpeople, I have made sopme changes, to my diet and my activity level. Working out with friends 3 or 4 times per week, and even incorporating short spurts of jogging when I walk my dog Ava. She loves the pace and, although it is challenging, I am gonna keep it up. Hopefully I can increase the duration of the jogging. Who knows, maybe I will be able to jog the whole way!
