So I worked really hard last week and it was first week back! But I gained a pound even with all the changes over the week. But I'm not going to let it get me down I will continue to fight πŸ’ͺWork on weakness eating chips which is my favorite! πŸ˜” I may have not lost pounds yet, but I gained some healthy habits 😁 drinking water more, buying fresh fruit and vegetables, went to the gym...

    When I got back on track I gained 4lbs. I was upset. With more research I realized my body was adjusting to the muscles rebuilding and water retention. After another 10 days of commitment, I felt great

    Don't be afraid to take small steps, I am sure you didn't veer from where you wanted to be overnight. It takes time to make good habits for life. What you are doing is fantastic.

    I know how frustrating it is but keep it up. You are doing great things for your body. The scale will move. But better yet you will feel better.
