32nd in 4th Cookery Challenge: Disaster!

So I wanted to make a recipe from my new book. Vegetable fritters with garlic roasted tomatoes.

I was sure I had courgettes in the fridge and I was wrong. So I decided on the white cabbage instead, but you can't hand grate that apparently, so it was too rough. I spooned them out as fritters, but they completely either stuck to the pan or fell apart.

So went American pan hash style instead, and it stuck terribly, the cabbage didn't cook and it was a mess.

The tomatoes where good, I added some sweet thick balsamic to add to the flavour.

I will repeat this recipe with the right ingredients and a different pan as I really don't think it was a fair trial.
