May 22nd, 2019: Anxiety

Wednesday, May 22, 2019

These are the geese & their babies that live near the pond outside of my sweetheart's house. He sent me this picture because we hadn't seen them in a few days and were worried something happened to the babies!

I made it to the gym again this morning. Walked on the treadmill for 36 minutes. My hips were hurting and now my legs are really stiff - but overall not too bad. Unfortunately - my car died and I had to get a ride home! The battery is dead. Hopefully will have it back tomorrow.
I'm fighting myself right now because I feel exhausted, overwhelmed, cranky (PMS still lol) and just want to order a pizza. It would be silly to do that after going to the gym, right? I will post here tomorrow the truth - whether or not I succumbed!

As soon as work is over (in about an hour) I am going to do some stretching and hopefully work out the stiffness in my lower body. emoticon

That's about going to do it for me today. I'm feeling anxious and overwhelmed & I generally deal with that by binge eating - need to find new ways to deal when I feel this way!

Have a great Wednesday!

So many times I get in a mood after the gym and stuff my face with all the wrong things. I second what Kitt52 said, the english muffin pizzas. You can get healthy toppings and it tastes great!

I hope the car is okay.

    Keep taking care of yourself!

when I have the craving for pizza I'll make me a english muffin pizza....with turkey pepperoni.....and use low fat cheese too... its really good and satisfying ..... turkey pepperoni is not a healthy food but it taste good, and low cal, you can eat 17 slices which is a lot for 70 calories....I can use about 4 or 5 and its enough... a little tomato paste helps it too, a few mushrooms and yum yum.....and way less calories than pizza from take out

    just an idea..

find food that satisfy with out all the calories.....
