Totally the 22nd, probably.

So yesterday was a not so great day, but even my not so great days are... oddly not DEVASTATINGLY terrible, at least not compared to two years ago. Or year and a half, whatever. Since I was diagnosed with Diabetes. Even when I want to binge crazy on foods, I am very aware of how much I eat, and while it's more then I should, I am very aware of how many carbs I am eating and how it's effecting my blood sugar. I also, unfortunately, go threw a few extra test strips but better safe then sorry. So still, no more eating till I'm sick, I call that a..... tiny itty bitty win. sort of. emoticon

Since changing my goals the other day and my nutrition tracker changing, I have found that keeping my calories under 388 a meal while keeping my carb count high enough to keep me going till snack/next meal time is INSANE! I'm going to be eating a lot of baby greens and plant proteins, but that doesn't help with carbs! Seriously! Wheat, wheat is going to be my new friend... again .... Although I have already been eating a lot of baby greens, cause I have just been on a serious greens kick lately. My younger self is shocked I get by with only half a serving of salad dressing. lol. emoticon

I am determined though to figure it out.. I WILL FIGURE IT OUT and everything is going to fall into place, and it's going to be awesome. Totally emoticon

There was something else i was gonna blabber on randomly and confusingly about but I Forgot what it was. so
