Hi! This is day 1 of calorie tracking (this go around) and my very first blog. So here goes. I've been yoyo-ing for years but my age is catching up with me and the weight is now causing all kinds of joint pains. So this journey is the first time based on health reasons rather than vanity. Hoping that blogging will help keep me accountable. I've lived through two consecutive days of eating approximately 1000 calories, and survived! Yay me, lol. More to come....
