Top notch vital signs

My vitals at the dentist: BP 98/64 and pulse : 55... that’s right! That’s good news as I’ve been hovering around 155 pounds now for months then just started intermittent fasting.... was feeling good and stepped on the scale this morning and it said 158! I got off... got back on.... I said I wasn’t going to get me down and just charted it. One weight doesn’t matter! I ran today on my road, up and down, just over 2 miles of that (couch to 5 k week 2, workout 3). It was so convienient to just step outside and 30 min I was done! So, I’ll weigh in in a few days and see what the scale says. I’ve been on point with my calories this week. IF has helped me just refuse to eat after dinner and if I don’t exercise in the morning I’m just having coffee and an early lunch at 1130. I feel more in control.

    I just lost 14 lbs by just reducing my sodium intake . Now, I'm kinda skeptical about weighing on the scales.
