What makes you feel alive?
Is it laughing with friends during happy hour? Is it dancing? Is it a yoga class, after savasana when you feel tired and refreshed at once? Is it a delicious meal that tastes as yummy as it makes your tummy happy? Is it crushing a weight training sesh? Is it going for a walk? Is it laying in the sun listening to music? Is it a good book in your favorite, cozy space?
Whatever it is, do more of it.
Focus less on the scale. Focus less on the stress of weight loss.
Focus on what makes you feel alive.
