And now onto my next thing

Thursday, May 23, 2019

Since #1 is ONLY getting probation my victim statement has been delivered to the judge. I question why did I go through all of this? No wonder the police didn’t want to make a report and no wonder others wouldn’t speak up and come forward. Tuesday I am getting with a group of parents to inform them of our situation and what we encountered to make them aware so they will be better prepared to face the system than we were. CMH, DHS, disability network, independence living, guardianship, etc. our detective told me he would be willing to offer self defense. An advocate from e.v.e is willing to come to us, and now to see if there is even an interest or because they are all going to have their kids live with them this stuff doesn’t pertain to them. Next weekend Thursday-Saturday state summer games for special Olympics and next Wednesday our last practice and our last time together before the season is over.

Would like to know the terms of his probation? Violation of probation is common and that will usually make them serve time. I hope you are able to enjoy the games. How’s your running going? Any pond events?
