9.8 Pounds from Goal and Counting!

Mr. Scale says I'm on track. My plan is to drink a gallon of water a day to stay hydrated. I am fortunate to have my own treadmill and I'm racking up at least an hour of walking a day.
For several decades, I have dreamed of seeing my own abs. Do I actually have any? Where are they? Will I see them?
Of course I have abs. They just been hidden all this time. We all have abs, and muscles. We just don't see them or think about them. As I get closer to goal, I'm starting to see a toned body. My body. My health. My goal, to stay healthy, fit, and trim to enjoy the rest of my life as best as I can.
