This year I'm keeping a running total of the miles I walk, run, and swim during workouts. I'd like to start biking too, maybe later in the year.

Walk: 188.55 miles
Run: 70.5 miles - rookie running program week 8
Swim: 8.2 miles (14400 yards)
Bike: 0 miles
