Daily Highlight 82

Highlight -
Into the sixth week of logging, I'm starting to see a pattern. Tuesday is shopping day, it is also the day the calorie count soars. Must do some problem solving on that.

Gratitude -
I'm still working on a pattern for my menus. Breakfast and lunch are okay. It is dinner that seems to give me trouble. So most of the day is set. 🙂
I am grateful for all the information, but tend to get overwhelmed. Often times I wish someone would say ... "here do this".

Today and tomorrow I will be sorting through the info and build something that makes sense for me.

    Here do this...ha! Seriously, look at all you’re doing. I pack a snack or light lunch when running errands or it’s shopping day. Not necessarily shopping that long, this girl gets HUNGRY. it ain’t pretty. In my freezer, collapsible always good to go is my handy dandy lunch bag. Then again, I always have a snack in my purse (huge fan of power ups) and in my car’s center console. Yep...planning for the win.

    It sure does take some planning and forethought, doesn't it? .. Mine got downright simple when I started LCHF two months ago. I still plan, but not as much work as before.

    that me i buy weekly or for two weeks and then there is food and i must try it all before it disapears.lol breakfast is eggs or oatmeal lunch is always a salad with protein and greens veggies fruits and nuts and super is protein veggie and grain when i can. sometimes it hotdogs and mac and cheese .but mostly it is good stuff so i am happy with mostly, dont do a lot of sugar or sodas so i am good , hugs you are doing awesome

    YEs! I am a serial eater . . . oatmeal w/berries or banana and almond milk for breakfast. Lunch, salad or veggies or even a small slice of ham or turkey w/a baby belle. Supper . . . that's the one that requires planning becasue DH doesn't like to eat the same things over and over. doesn't honestly bother me (my philosophy is food = fuel or medicine. so, though I do enjoy what I eat, I don't really think of it much.

    Long winded, worry! The point is planning really helps.
