Goal Setting

Today is a good day. Why, you ask? Because I am FINALLY, after over 8 months, back under 200 lbs! I guess a fraction of that time isn't too concerning since I was pregnant, but regardless, I've done it and I am very proud of my progress!

I am starting to get the same feeling I got last time I lost a ton of weight -- total motivation. I know it's not only about the number on the scale, but that sure does help.

Small goals are very motivating for me. Next milestone is 195 lbs. I'm going in 5 lb increments because I think it's important to celebrate my hard work. My rewards? Something small, but motivational. Here's my plan:

195 lbs.- Rita's Water Ice
190 lbs.- Pedicure
185 lbs.- NutraBio Pancakes & Maple Syrup Protein Powder
180 lbs.- Harry Potter Ravenclaw Mug
175 lbs.- Harry Potter Marauder's Map Vans (if they're out)
170 lbs.- Pedicure
165 lbs.- Tervis Happy Camper Tumbler
160 lbs.- Game of Thrones Adidas Sneakers
155 lbs.- New Outfit (Pants and Top that can still be worn with a little more weight loss)
150 lbs.- Pedicure
145 lbs.- North Face
140 lbs.- Game of Thrones Seasons 1-8 Box Set (if it's released)
