Day 3 of Couch to 5k

It feels so good to be done the first week of 5k training. I feel like I must look absolutely ridiculous running up and down our city’s sidewalks at my weight, but the time I get to spend with my little ones in awe of their capabilities and the hope of what the future holds for me if I just continue on this path makes it well worth it. Completed 2.12 Miles with my favorite 7 year old today!❤️
