What An OMG Day...

I can't even begin to tell you about it. It was that....
Ok. I'll tell you.
Gym was weight day. I've got an app called "Seconds" that allows you to setup a circuit workout. So basically you setup exercise sets. Mine are
30 seconds of lifts then 10 seconds of rest
30 seconds of lifts then 10 seconds of rest
30 seconds of lifts then 20 seconds of rest

Move to next station

30 seconds... repeat as above.

There are only 10 weight stations in my sets. Immediately followed by the same setup for planks, roman chairs and crunches.
I was in and out pretty quick. But I was also pretty beat up.
But guess what happened next.
I got to the garden...finished my zinnias, cucumbers, celosia's and a pepper plant. I was instantaneously revived. What REALLY set me off though was... the sweet and purple basil from seeds finally broke ground.
I'm WINNING!
