With these tips in mind, here are some plans for my weekend.
7:30 Get up and weigh in for the Rowdy Rebels challenge.
8:30 spin class (haven't gone since November!)
10:00 Farmer's market/healthy breakfast
11:15 Donate blood
Lunch: Salad with bulger wheat and avocado
Afternoon workout: Bike ride? Yes! Goal: 15 miles
Work out: Bike ride or Xperience Fitness. Lift!
It's a work in progress, and I'll be back to edit it frequently. My main goal is to get up and get moving early so that I don't lounge around with coffee until 10:30.
