I signed up for more piano lessons starting June 4th! Looking forward to it. Shoulder is still an issue, but playing piano does not make it hurt worse. Dd is going to help me try kinesiology tape. She brought me the tape; now to find time she can do it. Doctor had said ace bandage would be good, but I can't get it tight enough myself to do any good. I have tried. Not going to try KT tape by myself, at least not the first time.

My shoe lights are charged, alarm set, and everything is set out for my group sunrise run tomorrow. I bought a new sports bra at our local running store. The straps come out, so I can put it on backwards, hook it, turn it, and then Velcro the straps; it still hurts to put it on, but less than with my others. I also ordered another bra online to try. Still looking for just the right support without stressing the shoulder.

Follow up: hubby had said he wanted the attic to get to 100 degrees and he planned not to turn on the air conditioning. Well, when the house got to 87 degrees, he couldn't take it and turned on the air! I was fine. We need some repair in the attic, but are having trouble getting the handy man to show up. Will keep trying.

My weight is up, so today I made a very good food plan for today. I intend to 100% stick to it!

Hope you are having a very good day and have things to look forward to!!

Good on you for continuing the piano lessons! Keeping your brain sharp not just your mind. Be very careful with the tape. It tore parts of my skin off because the corners rolled and caught on my clothing. Its difficult to take off, requires a great deal of soaking in water. That is why you can wear it through several showers.
Enjoy your run! Mom and I are attending a neighborhood wide garage sale tomorrow. In fact three areas in our area are involved. Our preview of the ones open tonight showed mostly children's clothing and toys, so Mom will be looking for her great grandchild, Olivia age 3.

I've been experimenting with bras too. I need to find something comfortable, that I can get another person to hook for me when I have my surgery this Tuesday. I guess it's all trial and error! Enjoy your air conditioning!

I do hope you can work out the bras. I'm sure you will! I have not overeaten for some days now but was same several days ago. So giving it a break before I do again....but not scared this time....I know I'm doing well. Do you remember how crazy I ate the first time around? But you have really taught me this time!!!

Here's to exercising those resistance muscles of the mind, with the food plan. We CAN do this! And we're worth doing it for.

Hope the new bra(s) make it easier on the shoulder. emoticon
