Day 153 - good progress

Finishing another great week. Did well all week, stayed the course. Great energy, and back to losing weight. Down almost 73lbs, and well on target to meet my weight goal, if I can (I will) stay on track. 2lbs peer week will do the trick.

A bit concerned about the upcoming trip all of next week. Catered meals every day and I have to participate in all the menu tastings again. Did well during the conference in March, plan to do the same. Additionally, I’ll be on my feet all day, so I’ll get significantly more steps in than usual, so that should help as well.

Overall, all is well and I am super energized and positive. Not much of a weekend ahead, as I have to finish some presentations for the conference and will leave Monday early morning.

Need to take some time plan vacation days to keep the family happy, so that’s a priority this weekend.
