Well finally a kind of a decent weigh in...
I lost a pound ..
It was hard fought...

I went shopping today and bought more things I can eat when the family are eating fried foods ..
Got more fish in single servings and chicken breasts to cook for when they eat red meats.. I will still eat red meat but only 3 times out of the week other times fish or chicken .

I so won't be down enough for my doctor... but I am hoping she will not be putting me on medication... It will depend on my blood work...

Well all my American Sparkers have a wonderful long weekend .... hope you all have sun shine emoticon
