Goals & Gratitude 5/24/19

Yesterday was a very long and exhausting day and I didn't get to blog. I didn't sleep the night before last-- at all. I hate it when that happens! I got up at 5 AM because I was hungry and made myself a good breakfast. I went back to bed around 8 AM and slept for 2 or 3 hours. Then I got up and did homework-- not fun. I was so tired I could barely concentrate. But I managed to get through the day, including a one-hour meeting with my teacher online. I was in bed at 8:30 PM last night and asleep by 9 PM, and then I slept 12 hours. I'm feeling better today, but I'm still tired. I went for a walk this afternoon, came home, and fell asleep for an hour. I think I am still catching up.

I have yet to start homework today. I think I have just been feeling lazy and tired all day. I really need to read for my research paper at the very least because it is due in one week! I really need to start writing tomorrow so I get it done and am not doing it at the last minute. I'm usually very good about not procrastinating, but this time I really am. I just don't want to read those articles. So here's my goal (as I'm sitting here thinking what I should do): I will make dinner, as I'm hungry, and then afterwards I will sit down and read for an hour. Just one hour to get started. If I want to read more I can, but otherwise I can stop and pick up again tomorrow. Okay, that's tonight's goal!

Tomorrow's Goals:
1) Finish reading for my research paper.
2) Start writing for both papers/projects.
3) Work on the ch. 8 homework for Cost Accounting.
4) Deal with the laundry.

Today I'm Grateful For...
1) That it's much warmer today. I was so cold last night I wore flannel PJs to bed!
2) That I was able to give my friend Brianna a ride this morning.
3) That I will have some good leftovers once I cook tonight.
