Ate out once (Lunch Wednesday). Have been drinking 1-2 gallons a week of water per day for the past several weeks.

Exercise has been stagnant but consistent. We really are playing the "good diet trumps exercise when losing weight" card. Fortunately we're winning the game. The numbers over the past 4 weeks say as much..

Yes, I am less than 2 pounds from my goal weight. It's becoming real to me now.

If I get nothing out of this song-for-weight journey, I finally realized why pop-music has annoyed me so much for the past 3 years. It's been like the mid 1990's were. A lot of faux-angst/anger for image sake. They were better in that they were a little more organic and a LOT less corporate than now, but yeah.

I legit liked this song, even if the singer was competing with Jewel for most annoying vocal technique and Alanis Morissette for most angsty/grunge-ey (and honestly I hadn't lived enough life to get the lyrics).

==CALLING IT
I thought by now the weight loss would have started to slow to the 0.4 - 0.6 per week usual as it traditionally has at my current weight. It hasn't. I really believe that I will be at 195.0 or below within the next two months and likely sooner.

Given the foot, I'm going to start upping the time and intensity of the cardio without upping the impact. I will also start adding pounds and/or reps to the strength routines.

I don't have the pounds left to lose to have an impact on my body fat ratio, so it's time to slowly switch focus.
