I was going to post an update last year but never got around to it.
Last year around this time I managed to get to a low of 136 lbs for about a week or so but then spent the rest of the year in the 140s.
Currently I am up to 149.0 lbs even, as of this morning. Getting too close to the 150s when I should be going in the other direction. After a few weeks of vacation and knowing I would be getting off track it is time to get back on. At the end of April I was around 141.0 lbs and this extra weight feels like a lot more than the scale says it is.
Because my weight has basically been fluctuating over the last year in the 140s it is time to get serious again. I have managed to maintain the bit of weight I lost so it is time to lose more. I am going to get to my final goal by the end of this year.
I started doing the snake diet last year and that is the only thing that has helped me to lose this weight. I still need/want to feel healthier and I am going to try the Wahl's protocol as a sort of last hope to feel better. My energy and brain health still aren't where I want them to be but I believe a combination of healthy eating and fasting should do the trick.
