Week 5 - Friday: Weigh-In

I said I wasn't going to do weigh-in after a bad week, but I did anyway, and I'm glad that I did (at least for now). It wasn't nearly as bad as I imagined. I also need to realize that it takes time to gain the amount of weight that I have and it takes time to lose it. One bad week won't undo everything IF I can get back on track.

Week 1 weigh-in: -3.4
Week 2 weigh-in: -1.1
Week 3 weigh-in: -0.9
Week 4 weigh-in:+0.7
Week 5 weigh-in: +0.3

Total down: 4.4

Friday's are usually half days at work for me, and though I'm extremely busy and could stay all day to keep working, I am going to get some physical activity in as I help fill sand bags for water barriers. We're experiencing a historic flood of the Arkansas River, and we have some friends who have a shop and house that now fall within the flood zone, as the peak keeps being adjusted to higher levels. Sending out a prayer request for all the flood victims.
