Hello Spark people!
It’s been a while since my last blog entry. It’s has been ups and down for sure.
But I’m happy to report I’m up side right now. Since the October of 2016 I’ve been very conscious of what I eat especially the foods which spike blood sugar. I went sugar and flour free lifestyle with only 3 meals limited quantity and no snacking. I have been doing this lifestyle One day at a time. So far working to tame my cravings and my foods thought.
And recently, I also focusing on whole foods plant base diet as well. Since then I feel much more calm and almost 0 cravings. I feel peace around foods. I hope everyone is doing well as well. Just checking in to say hello. Have a wonderful weekend.
