Not giving up!!

I've been losing the same 4 pounds over the past 2 months after losing 50 pounds! I was feeling down and defeated. I've been dealing with tendonitis in my Achilles so was also dealing with that pain and not being able to walk much. Was in PT for 3 months and found myself thinking of using that as an excuse but somehow I kept telling myself to find & look at the positives. I have been taking pictures of myself during this 9 month process and comparing them. Clothes are falling off me and I cleared my closet of them. I measured myself and realized how many more inches I lost even though I didn't lose pounds during that time. Kept telling myself I'd start losing again. Last week I started doing very light work outs. Anyways I did lose a pound almost 2 with my weigh in this week so I'm taking that as a sign I'm getting back on the track. I'm not real good at this public sharing/posting but maybe I need to come here more often! My new mantra: Progress not perfection. Keep moving forward to my goal!
