OMG!! Who ever said getting and staying in shape was hard...THEY NEVER LIED!! It’s something when you know what you need to do and have have the plans in your head but getting to it is all the struggle. THE STRUGGLE IS REAL on this end honey. Me, being a single mom of two and 1 is an austistic baby and a disabled mother in home as well so it does become complex for me to even find some me one on one time to even remember to comb my hair all the way out let along plan special meals and I barely can go to the restroom alone. I got to find a way a realize what’s important to me and make my health a priority. I’ve restarted my SparkPeople page a million times and will continue to until I get it right. Lol! I need a community of like minded women on the same mission as myself to conquer this with lifestyle change with. With all the positive reinforcement and tools and tips SparkPeople provides there is no reason I can’t succeed. I will succeed. Wish me luck y’all!! 🤗

    You do have your hands full! You'll get lots of good information and support here. One thing that worked for me (finally!) was taking it slow....making small sustainable changes that you can build on.

    Snacks I would wats fruits, slim fast chips, fiber one brownies, pecan nuts. Also remember small portions is the kids and try to eat plenty of fruits and veggies even if you have to blend it up it still gets the job done lol. Good luck girl!

    Eat healthy meals. I will drink a smoothie in the morning or make scrambled eggs with spinach, onions, bell peppers, for lunch I will make Tyson already cooked baked chicken strips and some kinda veggies. Dinner find something simple and delicious.

    I've lost 26.2lbs 4 kids 3 are triplets I'm married and I also thought the same thing. You have to change your mindset and really want to lose weight! U can do it. Get up an hour early and go to bed and hour earlier than you usually do. Plan ahead
