End of week 1

First week of 'my new lifestyle change' was challenging, but very self satisfying & encouraging. I realized even with my medication fighting against me, I CAN do this! I'm so glad I got this app when I decided to do go full speed into my lifestyle change, bc it's very helpful & motivating. It's nice to have a place to go where we all are striving for the same (or similar) things... weight loss, happiness, & healthiness! I am doing interval fasting with my eating right (Keto ...w/NO cheating!🙂) & some exercising. My healthy eating also includes hitting my macros! I'm making sure to set my exercising plan to something I can stick with. For me my goal is only 15 mins per day. For alot of us, we must set goals that are reasonable & achievable! Even if it's just taking the dog on a walk. Even if you need to split it up...7mins here, 8mins there. The most important thing is to achieve that goal. The mental & physical payoff for achieving goals is all part of the process:) Anyways... week 1 complete. Have a good one you awesome people😉✌✌
