So here I go .... I would say that I am determined to lose weight this time, but I say that every week. One tiny step at a time until it becomes habit.
I will plan for tomorrow and tomorrow only. When I plan for the week and it all goes tits up, I feel I have lost the whole week. So one day at a time is the order of the day.
Today has been a bad day. I have eaten well but have hardly got off my fat arse. Fitbit says 2755 steps so far. It has been pissing down non stop so not a great day for a walk. I could have put on a fitness dvd , Clare Nasir boot camp is my favourite at the moment. Did it yesterday and now my chest hurts from the press ups. Sigh. This getting into shape lark really is no fun.
It is June already and I wish I had started to do something about the state of my body sooner. Still if it is a typical English summer there wont be much call for sleeveless shirts and shorts.
I have a nasty op in 2 days which means I wont be able to exercise for a couple of weeks and will be pooing razor blades. Fat husband is having a second knee replacement two weeks today. As soon as we are both fit enough it will be bikes and trainers all the way......most likely all the way to the pub!
Tomorrow then. I will just concentrate on that.
