Working out with RA

Having RA - rheumatoid arthritis - is a challenge when it comes to working out. Just when you start loving one form of exercise, Arthur-itis, decides otherwise. I’ve decided that since walking is out for now u til my feet allow again, I will do yoga and some chair weight exercises.
It would be so easy to give up, but I’m not giving in. I will keep changing things up as I need to!
