90 min strength training (arms/core.
30 min cool down
Met with my trainer to go over my form. Just a few small minor tweaks. He said it was looking great. He gave me a few options for my arm workouts for those days my shoulder would rather see an ice bag than a weight bench.
We added a few new leg and core to the routine. It was a really good session.
Time to go home to put up some tents to air out for this weekend.
