One week of eating better and I see the change on the scale. Five pounds down, yeah.

One of my skinny sisters came to town to take the parents and me out to eat. We went to Red Lobster and I really worked to eat healthily. I ate only half a biscuit which was enough to satisfy the craving without going over my calories for the day. We did some shopping and lots of walking, okay not quite 4k steps but I'm counting it as exercise.

One of the best things I bought was a Fitbit. It really keeps me accountable. It logs my sleep, water, food, and steps. I am using Sparks to plan the day and Fitbit to log my actual intake.
