Second day, trying to get the hang of portions, and drinking water. Hate that I am spending so much time in the bathroom. Working and drinking lots of water is hard. And then trying to figure out when to stop drinking so I dont spend my nights in the bathroom too, ugh! And I havent even gotten to the 8 glasses a day yet. Ugh again. I have made a commitment and I plan on sticking with it. Portions and water my first two goals to get right.
