Eat more and weigh less

After hitting 50, I started to gain weight and could not lose it as easily as I once could. After a handful of false starts, I decided to get down to business and figure out what would work. That is when I came across spark people. It is a game changer! Tracking calories was much easier and held me accountable. I can now see patterns in my eating, good and bad, I am actually eating more than I used to and still losing weight. Quality and quantity of my food choices continue to improve. If you have not used the food tracker, just do it! After a slight learning curve, I'm rocking it! I have lost 17 pounds in 3 months and never get hungry! Food tastes better and I have more energy.
