As a first blog post and new to this i'm just not sure the direction i'm heading with my post. I think the blog posts could be a great way for me to look back and reflect on what was going on with me and how I was feeling. I hope that I can remain completely honest with myself here and continue posting.
I am finding this website very confusing. I hope that the more I use it the easier it will become. Maybe I will get lucky and people will share their tips and tricks of using the website with me. I think that there is a lot of different things on here that could help me and keep me interested. It will just take some getting used to.
I need to get some more healthy options for food in the house. I think for me the best way is going to be slowly. If I eliminate all the junk out of my diet at once I wont be able to stick with it in the long run. I guess that's my plan for all of this. Slow and steady.
The first step in this will be getting used to logging everyday and increasing my water. I think trying to get my 12 of 12 hours of steps with my fitbit will help also. I got my twelve of twelve yesterday, and i'm on my way today. But i'm slacking on my water so far. It's still early so there is time.
