Sleep my friends where are you?

Sleep seems to elude me?! I love to sleep, I want to sleep but its a no go.
I made a commitment last week that my sleep time started at 9:45 pm. So last night (that's right for the first time) I took my natural sleep aid at 9 (supposed to take 1/2 hour before bed) and went and crawled into bed with me book. Finally at 10:30 I fell asleep according to my fitbit. Did I stay asleep oh no I was awake at midnight, 2:15 and 4:14 finally just getting out of bed at 4:45. As I sit and write this I think about my nice warm bed and wish I could be in it, however my day starts at 5 in order to get ready for my work day.
I will just keep plugging away at the routines, creating new healthy habits and hope sleep finds it's way back to me. I really need some solid sleep.
