I'm finally on a down hill slope when it comes to my weight loss reports. This whole year I had hoped to be down to 290 or less. I guess my body had to readjust with the massive weight loss that I had. I mean 160 lbs is like piling up 16 bags of potatoes.
I also think I wasn't drinking enough water and eating enough calories. Due to income our family was just able to buy food for dinner. I talked to my family members and we figured out how to get a couple of dollars in for breakfast an lunch. Even if I have to eat brown rice and steamed vegetables at least I'm making 1200 to 1500 calories instead of 600.
