I'm finally on a down hill slope when it comes to my weight loss reports. This whole year I had hoped to be down to 290 or less. I guess my body had to readjust with the massive weight loss that I had. I mean 160 lbs is like piling up 16 bags of potatoes. I also think I wasn't drinking enough water and eating enough calories. Due to income our family was just able to buy food for dinner. I talked to my family members and we figured out how to get a couple of dollars in for breakfast an lunch. Even if I have to eat brown rice and steamed vegetables at least I'm making 1200 to 1500 calories instead of 600.

    I'm glad you figured out how to make your calories. You have to have enough to eat or you get so weak you can't function.
