Start small and work your way up one habit at a time, it's much better than trying to many changes and failing them all.
It helps to visualize the day the way that you want. Old habits are very hard to change so don't expect perfection. The fridge and larder is free of stuff that I would binge on. I hate eating out because there are so many bad decisions and hard sells. Documenting truthfully helps me understand me. I'm sorry-that sucks and gets discouraging fast. Are there any wins? For example I ate sugar today, but after I ate healthy all day. Before I would have eaten that 7 layer bar (& choose the biggest piece) at 9am & not eat healthy the rest of the day. 619 days ago
