I've had 2 good days in a row. Still NO sugar which I see as a great accomplishment!
I'm taking a break today from exercise. Instead I'm going to prepare for the coming week. I have a grocery list ready and I also want to cook any veggies that I have in the fridge that were purchased and not used yet.
This technique has been working for me for a while now. Today I have carrots, mushrooms, onions and a spaghetti squash. Once I get all this cooked, (everything in the same pot except the squash) I'll add a can of chopped tomatoes. If I had leftover tomatoes in the fridge, I would use them, but I ate all my tomatoes during this past week.
I can add these mixed veggies to any of my meals during the week.
