The sisterhood of the shrinking pants

Monday, June 24, 2019

This last weekend I finaly joined the sisterhood of the shrinking pants. I have been, quite literally, working my butt off. I have been exercising six days a week, found my optimal calorie burning zone, and have been pushing through everyday to be a stronger, healthier, and more optimistic version of myself that I can be. Seeing the physical evidence has been my greatest achievement this far! From a 24 to a 16. I have my eyes on size 10! This pic posted is lined up even with the button on button. Thanks for keeping accountable my fellow Sparkers. Cheers!

Yesterday I went to ROSS with my friend. We hadn't done that before, and it was fun. She was trying one most clothes, and I was her second opinion. I looked but don't need clothes nor have extra money or felt like trying stuff on since I had gone off program for a few days, but I did find something to wear on the 4th of July and did try on three dresses in size L to XL that fit like skin, but they did fit. Too much like skin to buy, but I could get them on. It was fun to try different styles. I am not really a dress person, but in the summer I like to throw one on. I do look forward to shopping again when I lose more weight.
