When the year started, I thought I would start journaling to put my thoughts and feelings down. I thought that it would be a good way of dealing with my emotions. Now that June is almost over I am going to give it a try.
Since I got back from vacation, 10 days ago; I have been focused on losing the almost 4 pounds that I gained. I had just started to try Keto when I left and definitely did not eat Keto while I was gone. I wasn't totally unhealthy. As I have tried to get back to Keto/Atkins, I have found that I don't miss french fries, potato chips or candy. I do miss bread from time to time. I did have a piece on my birthday along with a slice of cheesecake. Right now I am trying to learn to tell if I am hungry or just bored. We all know what it is like to eat when we are not really hungry.
Today I am focusing on eating only when I am hungry.
