This Week's Exercise Plan

I've been focusing on exercise these past few weeks and have been consistently exercising 3-4 times per week. I'm slowly getting my motivation back. It's true, the more you do something, the easier it is to follow through with it.

Here is my workout schedule for the upcoming week including today:

Today - 4 mile walk at 6am emoticon
Sat - 60 mins of ST & Cardio
Sun - 30 min Jessica Smith DVD workout
Mon - 60 min Cardio & ST workout
Tues - Rest Day
Wed - 6am 45 min workout either DVD or walking
Thurs - Rest Day
Fri - 6am 4 mile walk
