Emotional Eating

I always thought that emotional eating was over-eating! What if emotional eating is just not eating right?
I was following my meal plan, staying on track, feeling great! Then something throws me into a tailspin, do I go to the refrigerator or pantry and eat? Nope I stop eating, I stop taking care of my nutritional needs, I stop following my plan and everything I have been working for up to this point. I think that not eating is just as bad as eating poorly. I didn't even grocery shop this week so I could have the food and be prepared!
It's been a week and now it is time to get out of this funk! Just do the shopping, prep the food, and eat! Be health be positive, be motivated, you a beautiful, you are strong, and you will survive!

    To me emotional eating is feeding your feelings...Boredom, a sadness, anger, even happy..I have done that for years but I am getting better at dealing with my feelings and not letting them get out of hand..I wish you the best with this..it is hard
